Masters Degree Program - USAL

The Universidad del Salvador (Argentina) and the Inter-American Defense College signed a "Technical Cooperation and Assistance Agreement" in 2000, to address common academic objectives. The agreement also established a joint Hemispheric Security and Defense Masters Degree Program.

The Masters Degree Program is designed for both students and graduates of the Advanced Course on Hemispheric Defense and Security Studies (ACHDSS) at the Inter-American Defense College. The program provides civilian and military professionals the opportunity to study the main aspects of Hemispheric Defense and Security, through the use of up-to-date modules that reflect the challenges and scenarios currently faced by governmental agencies and international organizations that play direct or indirect role in regional scenarios.

The academic staff that comprises the Masters Degree Program consists of highly experienced professionals in their respective fields from the Center for Geopolitical, Defense and Security Studies at the Universidad del Salvador, as well as several renowned guest speakers from many countries in the region.
